Slide Show is on the Bullet menu. Slide Show expands bullet charts to fill the screen. You won’t see the bullet chart window. You use the slide show view for an on-screen presentation. If you’re doing a multiple monitor presentation, all of the audience monitors will switch to a slide show when you choose this command. However, the speaker’s monitor will remain in a regular bullet view. To determine the main monitor, use the Control Panel command from the Apple menu. You can also switch between the Slide Show view and a regular chart view by pressing the spacebar.
Once you’re in a slide show view, clicking the mouse button advances to the next slide. If you double-click on a subhead, MORE advances directly to its corresponding chart, if there is one. When a subchart is displayed, double-clicking on the title displays the title’s corresponding chart.
If necessary, you can access the outline from a slide-show view directly. Pressing cmd-I displays the outline with the Home headline selected. Pressing option-cmd-I displays the outline with the companion headline of the current chart selected.
